Account Registration

To use Grow Local, you must:

• Not have been previously banned from the service

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscription and Billing

Paid Subscriptions

Grow Local is billed monthly at $99/month. All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law. Your subscription includes unlimited website updates, hosting, security, and all platform features.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service to harm, harass, or impersonate others

Intellectual Property
