Refund Policy
Effective: April 28, 2026
Last updated: April 28, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how DM Digital Marketing LLC (“Grow Local,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles refund requests for subscriptions to the Grow Local platform and services (the “Service”). This Policy is part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Subscriptions Are Non-Refundable
All subscription fees paid to Grow Local are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in this Policy. This includes but is not limited to:
- Monthly subscription fees, whether or not the Service was used during the billing period
- Fees paid for partial billing periods due to upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations
- Fees paid for periods of account inactivity
- Fees paid before account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
2. How Cancellation Works
You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your dashboard and selecting the cancellation option, or by contacting us at info@getdmdigital.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period:
- You will continue to have full access to the Service until the end of that period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- No prorated refund is issued for the unused portion of the current period
- Your published website remains live until the end of the period, then becomes inaccessible
If you reactivate your account after cancellation, billing resumes at the then-current rate.
3. Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails (for example, due to an expired card or insufficient funds), we will attempt to retry the charge for up to 14 days. During that time, your account may continue to function normally. If payment cannot be successfully processed within the retry window, your account may be suspended or terminated. Restored access following a payment failure does not entitle you to a refund or credit for the affected period.
4. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
From time to time, we may offer free trials, discounted promotional pricing, or referral credits. Specific refund terms for such offers will be stated at the time of the offer. Once a free trial converts to a paid subscription, normal billing terms apply, and the Section 1 non-refundable rule applies to all charges incurred after conversion.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or bank without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your account
- Remove your published website from our hosting
- Block future signups from the same payment method, email address, or business
We strongly encourage you to contact us first at info@getdmdigital.com if you have a billing concern. Most issues can be resolved quickly without involving your card issuer.
6. Service Outages and Errors
Brief service interruptions, planned maintenance, and minor errors are a normal part of any web platform and are not grounds for a refund. In the event of an extended, prolonged outage clearly attributable to our infrastructure (and not to a third-party service provider, your custom domain configuration, or your local internet connection), we may, at our sole discretion, issue a service credit toward future billing. Service credits are not transferable and have no cash value.
7. Refund Requests Outside This Policy
Any request for a refund outside the terms of this Policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. We reserve the right to decline any refund request that does not fall within the express terms of this Policy.
8. Statutory Rights
This Policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law in your state or country. Where local law mandates refund rights that exceed the terms of this Policy, those laws will govern to the minimum extent required.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting a notice on our website or by sending an email to your account address. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the changes.
