What if I want to customize how my info appears on specific pages?

Most fields are global by design (NAP consistency is critical for SEO). But hero slogans, service descriptions, and individual page content are fully editable per-page. You get global consistency where it matters and creative control where it counts.

Do changes really update everywhere within 60 seconds?

Yes. Our cache invalidates on save and your CDN re-fetches the updated content immediately. The only exception is Google's own index, which takes Google 1-7 days to re-crawl your site after a change.

What happens to my SEO rankings if I change my business name?

Google takes 30-90 days to fully associate a new business name with your existing rankings. We recommend not changing your name frequently. If you must, update your Google Business Profile first, then your site, then your major directory citations within the same week.

Can I edit my business name later?
Yes. Edit your business name in the Business Info tab and click Save. Within 60 seconds, your new name appears in your site's header, footer, page titles, schema markup, and metadata. We recommend not changing your name frequently, as Google takes time to associate a new name with your existing rankings.
What if I change my phone number?
Edit the phone field, hit Save. Every call-tracking link, click-to-call button, footer, header, schema, and contact form on your site updates immediately. Don't forget to also update your Google Business Profile and major directories (Yelp, Bing Places) separately so your citations stay consistent.
Do I need to fill in every field?
No. Only Business Name, Business Type, Phone, City, and State are required. Optional fields (slogan, ratings, social links, embed maps) improve SEO and conversion but won't break your site if empty. We recommend filling everything for best results.
Can I connect my Google Business Profile directly?
Not yet automatically. For now, you paste your GBP review URL and rating into the Business Info tab. Direct GBP API integration is on our roadmap for our managed SEO upgrade tier, which handles GBP management for you.
What's the 'business differentiator' field for?
It's the secret weapon. Tell us in 2-3 sentences what makes your business genuinely different from competitors. How does NAP consistency affect my Google rankings?
Google's local search algorithm specifically checks whether your business name, address, and phone number (NAP) match across your website, Google Business Profile, and major directories. Will my changes break my SEO?

What about my privacy policy and terms of use?
Both are editable fields in the Business Info tab. Paste your existing policy text (HTML supported) or use our defaults. Required for legal compliance and trust signals to Google. Both appear at /privacy and /terms-of-use on your live site.
