How lead notifications work and making sure they reach your inbox

How Notifications Work
You get an email for each new lead. This is on by default. You can also turn on an optional weekly summary email. Both are set on the Account page.
Not Receiving Emails?
- Check your spam folder - emails come from noreply@getdmdigital.com
- Add to contacts - add noreply@getdmdigital.com to your contacts to prevent spam filtering
- Check your settings - make sure new-lead emails are turned on in your Account page
- Check your dashboard- even if the email doesn't arrive, every lead is recorded in your Leads & Analytics tab
Change Your Notification Settings
Go to your Account page to turn new-lead emails on or off and to turn the weekly summary on or off.
